Goole posted 123 in 20 overs in the rearranged Snaith League Final on Monday evening. Scoring was difficult for Goole as Outcasts bowled and fielded well in the small ground in Pollington.
Goole knew that they were short of runs and this was always apparent in the 2nd innings, where Outcasts easily kept up with the run rate and never really looked like losing. Goole tried hard to keep things tight, but their efforts were in vein as Outcasts won the match by 6 wickets with 10 balls to spare.
The league title is still up for grabs for Goole and if they win their final two matches the title will be coming to Westfield.
