Warmsworth conceded their match with Goole on Sunday which sees Goole return to the top of the Under 9's league for 2014.
The Under 9's enter the last week of the season knowing that two wins could give them the chance of a league and cup double. On Friday they play Bentley in the Cup, which if they win will see them play Doncaster in the semi final sometime in August. Bentley have been beaten by Goole earlier in the season, but Goole know that they will have to play to their best to get the better of them.
On Sunday the youngsters complete their league campaign against Sprotborough in a winner takes all match that will decide the league title for 2014. Goole are presently top with 32 points, but Sprotborough have a game in hand and should they win their remaining three matches they will pip Goole to the title. A win for Goole on Sunday will mean that they will be ahead of Sprotborough as they have won more matches and as a result the trophy for 2014 will be coming to Westfield.
